Who we are
This site is published by America First Forever PAC (“America First Forever PAC,” “we,” “us”). It advocates for candidates and positions in Wyoming. It is not authorized by any candidate or candidate’s committee.
Using this site
You may read, quote, and share this site. You may not use it to break the law, to misrepresent who you are, to interfere with its operation, or to collect information about other people who use it.
What you give us
When you sign up you tell us your name, email address, and optionally your mobile number and ZIP code. Give us accurate details, and only submit a phone number that belongs to you. If a number stops being yours, tell us so we stop texting it.
Text messages
If you provide a mobile number and tick the consent box, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from America First Forever PAC at that number, including messages sent by an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or contribution. Message and data rates may apply. Donations may be solicited. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
You can stop at any time by replying STOP to any message. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Content and accuracy
Statements on this site about public officials and their records are drawn from court records, arrest affidavits, agency publications, and news reporting, and the sources are named on the page. If you believe something here is inaccurate, write to us and we will review it.
Photography
Photographs are used under public domain dedication, Creative Commons licences, or as public records, and are credited on the page.
No warranty
This site is provided as is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
